This is targeted mobility, to improve your flexibility and mobility using yoga poses. You don't need to be flexible already, the less flexible you are the more benefit you'll gain.
This is an online class, you will need an internet connection and although you can chose not to put video on, if you don't then I can't offer you any advice on how to improve.
You can take part anywhere you have internet connectivity, you choose whether you want to use a yoga mat or not? Props are really useful for this type of class, however if you don't have a yoga strap - use a belt or a skipping rope. If you don't have yoga bricks or blocks, use cushions or rolled up blankets.
If you purchase a block booking here - 4, 8 or 12 class pass - then it works out cheaper per session
