Kettlercise - Hale House

Kettlercise - one kettlebell for all the moves. Improve both strength and cardio and the same time. Get lean and toned!

This class is at the STUDIO (the entrance door on the right) in Hale House, Northallerton. Parking is limited.

You will need an exercise mat, some water to rehydrate and a towel to wipe up the sweat!

If you have your own kettlebell, great! Otherwise I can lend you one until you find the weight that works for you.

If you purchase a block booking here - 4, 8 or 12 class pass - then it works out cheaper per session
