How It Works

1. Free discovery call. We talk about where you are now, any injuries or conditions, your goals, and what equipment and time you actually have. If Online Coaching isn't the right fit, I'll tell you — and point you at what is.

2. Your programme, built for you. Not a template. A programme designed around your body, your goals, your schedule, and your kit — whether that's a fully equipped gym or a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells at home.

3. Train in your own time. Follow your programme with exercise demos so you always know exactly what you're doing and why.

4. Check-ins and adjustments. Weekly check-ins where I review your progress, answer questions, and adjust the programme so it keeps working as you improve. Plus message support between check-ins — you're never left guessing.

  • Technique checked and corrected in person
  • Programme fine-tuned face to face

The best of both worlds: independence day-to-day, hands-on coaching when it counts. Also ideal as a step down from 1:1 PT once you've found your feet.

Online Coaching suits a wide range of people, but I specialise in:

  • Returning to strength after surgery or physio — you've been discharged, but "discharged" isn't the same as "back to strong". I bridge that gap. (Level 3 Exercise Referral Specialist, Rehab specialist)

  • Adults 40+ who want to stay strong, mobile and independent — training that builds you up rather than breaks you down

  • Busy people who can't commit to fixed session times — your programme fits around your life, not the other way round

No — and it's an important difference. With 1:1 PT (including over Zoom), I'm with you live for every session, coaching you through it in real time. With Online Coaching, you train in your own time following your personalised programme, and my input comes through regular check-ins and message support. That's why Online Coaching costs less — you're paying for my expertise and oversight, not my hours.

Whatever you've got. I build the programme around your kit — a full gym membership, a few dumbbells at home, or bodyweight only. We cover this on the discovery call.

This is one of my specialisms. Tell me about it on the discovery call — I'll build your programme around it, and where useful I'm happy to align with what your physio has advised.

Absolutely. Plenty of clients start with Online Coaching and add sessions (Hybrid), or start 1:1 and step down to coaching once they're confident. Nothing is locked in.

Coaching runs month to month after an initial 12-week block
