1. Free discovery call. We talk about where you are now, any injuries or conditions, your goals, and what equipment and time you actually have. If Online Coaching isn't the right fit, I'll tell you — and point you at what is.
2. Your programme, built for you. Not a template. A programme designed around your body, your goals, your schedule, and your kit — whether that's a fully equipped gym or a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells at home.
3. Train in your own time. Follow your programme with exercise demos so you always know exactly what you're doing and why.
4. Check-ins and adjustments. Weekly check-ins where I review your progress, answer questions, and adjust the programme so it keeps working as you improve. Plus message support between check-ins — you're never left guessing.

Is this the same as 1:1 Personal Training online?
Great Question!
No — and it's an important difference. With 1:1 PT (including over Zoom), I'm with you live for every session, coaching you through it in real time. With Online Coaching, you train in your own time following your personalised programme, and my input comes through regular check-ins and message support. That's why Online Coaching costs less — you're paying for my expertise and oversight, not my hours.
What equipment is required?
Whatever you've got. I build the programme around your kit — a full gym membership, a few dumbbells at home, or bodyweight only. We cover this on the discovery call.
What if I've had surgery or I'm just out of physio?
This is one of my specialisms. Tell me about it on the discovery call — I'll build your programme around it, and where useful I'm happy to align with what your physio has advised.
Can I switch between options later?
Absolutely. Plenty of clients start with Online Coaching and add sessions (Hybrid), or start 1:1 and step down to coaching once they're confident. Nothing is locked in.
How long do I need to commit for?
Coaching runs month to month after an initial 12-week block
