How is you Online Coaching different to 1:1 Coaching which has an online option?
Great Question!
1:1 sessions are with me for the duration of each session - even online sessions (over Zoom).
Coaching sessions work well for people that don't want to pay for an hour of my time every session - this could be because they feel they know how to perform the exercises with good form, they work shifts and want to be able to do the programme at a time convenient for them, they just want short meetups to discuss how the programme is going - progressions - or regressions - for some exercises and to be held accountable.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. It is suitable for all levels. No one should feel intimidated about trying to improve their health and fitness.
Do I need gym access?
No. Even for Personal Training during the consultation we'll discuss where you prefer to train and what equipment you have access to. I can build your programming around that.
What equipment is required?
It depends on whether this is for Personal Training, or Yoga.
If your sessions are at your home then a mat, towel, water... any other equipment will be specific to your training and if required the programme can be purely bodyweight (not extra equipment required
How often do I need to check in?
Typcially once a week or fortnight. More if you need feedback less if you are 'on the road' or feel it's all going well
