Yoga Online

Yoga. Elements of breath work, asana and relaxation. Suitable for most levels, you'll benefit more if you have a minimum of a few months yoga practice and no particular physical limitations.

This is an online class. You don't have to have video on, but if you don't I won't be able to advise you.

If you purchase a block booking here - 4, 8 or 12 class pass - then it works out cheaper per session
