Why Adapting Fitness Exists.

Adapting Fitness was built on a simple belief:
Training should adapt to the individual — not the other way round.

Too many people are pushed into programmes that don’t respect their history, injuries or lifestyle. The result? Frustration, inconsistency or burnout.

Training should be available for everyone. Not just people that are already fit, love exercise or have no injuries.

It should also cater to the people that perhaps have never liked exercise (but now realise they need to), that may have injuries/conditions that need working around or have hard operations or injuries that they've had physio treatment but still don't feel right.

A Structured Approach to Strength and Mobility

Chris combines strength and conditioning principles with intelligent yoga sequencing and mobility training.

Background

Chris Childs is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and sports massage therapist based in Catterick,

Chris has completed advanced yoga teacher training with internationally respected teacher and author Mark Stephens.

His coaching combines strength training, mobility development and intelligent yoga sequencing to support long-term resilience and movement confidence

By combining personal training and yoga coaching principles, clients receive structured, adaptable support both in-person and online and have the option of sports massage therapy too.
