Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility or just feel fitter and more confident, my personal training sessions are tailored to your body and lifestyle.

I offer one-to-one sessions in the Northallerton area and online training allows for you to have sessions anywhere in the UK, with practical, results-focused sessions that are adaptable, supportive and sustainable.

Personal Training with Adapting Fitness

It starts with your consultation - this can be. at your home if you live in the Northallerton area (about a 30 mile radius), at Active Life Leisure Club by appointment or be done online via Zoom - typically it lasts about one hour, but if you have a complex medical history then it can take longer.

Block-bookings are required for Personal Training with Adapting Fitness, these are in blocks of 4, 8 or 12 sessions

If you are booking an online session this can normally be done online and will deduct sessions from your package.

Not all types of training can be booked online. There are situations where you will need to contact me to arrange appointments.

  1. If you need a time outside those showing as available to book for an online PT session.

  2. If you want an in-person appointment.
