"...I’ve been having 1-2-1 yoga sessions for about year now my practice has improved amazingly. Chris gives calm and clear advice on balance and alignment in poses..." P.F.
"...I can honestly say that since starting training with Chris I've never looked back. He makes me work hard and pushes me towards my goals but still manages to keep every session fun and enjoyable...." H.C.
"I don't live near Chris but he was highly recommended. I wanted to build up my strength and fitness before a hip replacement operation. The online sessions have helped so much I intend to continue after the op." K.C.
Can I train at home?
Yes, absolutely!
There are options for 1:1 sessions at your home, where I come to you, and also at your home, online - we just do the session over Zoom (you do not need a zoom account to do this. I send you the link and you click it.)
Can I combine Personal Training and Yoga?
Yes. That is not only a option it can be recommended based on your goals
I'm not sure I'm fit enough. How fit do I need to be before I start?
Start right away. There is not such thing as not fit enough to start. Everyone has to start somewhere. By starting sooner rather than later you:
Don't waste time.
Know you are performing the exercises safely and correctly.
Are more likely to achieve your goals sooner in a sensible way.
How often should I train?
This would depend on a lot of things e.g.
What are you training for?
How long have you been training?
What sort of training are you doing?
Training is not just about the physical effort you put in, it's also about the recovery - you need to give your body time to recover and to adapt to the change you are putting it through. Everyone will be different and we can cover this in your discovery call
How can I train at home, I don't have a fancy home gym?
You can still train at home. If I am coming to you I will have equipment.
If you are training with me online then I can recommend equipment without you having to pay out a lot of money for a lot of equipment.
I want to work with you at my home but can't see how to book that?
Because I will need to travel to your home, it's not possible to just book A TIME for that. One person could book a session in Richmond, the next in Stockton - I need to be able to allow for travel time, so for in-person home visits you will need to contact me to discuss availability.
